We will look for five apartments in Berlin that correspond as much as possible to your requirements in terms of location, size, standard and price.
 
We will organise your visit in Berlin according to your hotel and programme requirements. We will arrange viewings of the apartments and, of course, accompany you on all five viewings. During this time, you will get a good introduction to both Berlin and the housing market here.
 
We will help you with any purchase and will be present at the conclusion with the notary public.
 
The price for this service is EUR 1,200 plus 19% German VAT, EUR 228 - total EUR 1,428.
 
This price does not include renovation and rebuilding assistance, although if you need help with this, we can organise that as well. We have good contacts with workmen and interior designers.
